The project was located in the north area of Bogota, where retail has grown in the last years. Around the current parking operates a church and a local supermarket. The project consists of the renovation of the parking area. The proposal has one entry and one exit at 137th Street, offering an additional underground level for parking. The project offers a total of 147 spaces for cars and additional space for motorcycles and bicycle users. Green areas and new tree planting are also provided.
