Project description: Design - Build project for City Parking´s new headquarters In the year 2008 City Parking needed to expand their main headquarters to a new office building. Our design-built proposal focused on the idea of ​​an open space similar to the ones usually found at any parking garage, which is basically City Parking´s main commercial activity.  The other principles along this line followed this simple idea that would enable any visitors to recognize the company´s image with a simple glimpse. The dividing walls and the roof slab structure were left in concrete, as well as the main floor entry which was done in polished concrete slabs. All lighting fixtures and electrical trays were dropped from the ceiling slab. Minimalistic and neutral desktops in white color were added not to distract the visitor´s perspective. Additional details were thought to enhance an industrial touch to the office space.   Work performed:
