Architectural design of a residential building in Bogotá

Our original design followed one of our previous buildings: Santa Teresita, which is located nearby. Prominent pattern language from neighborhood architecture such as white stucco with some color accents and small window openings were used. A balcony was added to all the apartments. The building was designed to have small flats for students as well as duplex apartments for young couples.
